Question: How can I contact the School?
Answer:

You can contact us on 0115 9786351.

Kathryn, Rosie or Brooke are our office staff and will be glad to help you.



Question: How do I report an absence?
Answer:

On the first day of absence parents should notify school by phone 0115 9786351 or text +441158240163. 



Question: Where can I find the dates of the school holidays?
Answer:

Please click on 'Calendar' on the home page



Question: What time does school start and finish?
Answer:

School starts at 8.55am and finishes 3.15pm. All other times including Nursery can be found on our information page under 'the school day'



Question: What if I have a concern about my child?
Answer:

Your child's teacher will be happy to talk to you about any issues you have, however sometimes you may need to make an appointment if they are teaching.



Question: How much are school lunches?
Answer:

All KS1 children are entitled to a free school meal.

School meals for KS2 children cost £1.95 per day - £9.75 per week. All meals should be paid for in advance for the week on a Monday morning.  All payments can now be made on ParentPay - Please speak to the office if you need your login details.



Question: Does school have a parent support worker?
Answer:

Yes - Ellen Kelliher is our Family Support Worker in school. 

 Listed below are some of the issues Ellen can help with:-

  • Support managing your child’s behaivour
  • Housing Issues
  • Debt concerns
  • Benefits
  • Secondary transfer forms
  • General advice about your child’s well being

If Ellen can't help you directly she will be able to signpost you to the relevant information/support agencies that will be able to assist you.
